Johanna Reeves Testifies before the House Foreign Affairs Committee, Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations

Johanna Reeves testified at a hearing held by the Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations in favor of the proposed rules that would transition most firearms and ammunition from the export controls of the State Department’s International Traffic in Arms Regulations over to the jurisdiction of the Commerce Department and its Export Administration Regulations. Ms. Heubert brings with her thirteen years of experience working in export and import controls. In addition to her years in private practice, Ms. Heubert worked in both government and industry sectors, spending time as Senior Manager, Global Trade Controls Licensing & Policy at The Boeing Company, and as a Policy Analyst for the U.S. Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
